April 18

Dana M. Cherry, 35, 3135 Road Q, Pandora, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines and six-months to five-year license suspension. Bond was continued while a post-sentence investigation is conducted.

David R. Torman, Jr., 45, 2765 Road 203, Cloverdale, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for retaliation. He was given credit for 219 days served and put on post-release control for three years. He was originally indicted on two counts retaliation.

Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke was granted a foreclosure judgment against Timothy M. Felver, Columbus Grove and Nancy E. Felver, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $10,764.62 in delinquent taxes and adjustments on property in the village of Pandora.

April 19

Frances L. Rosebrook, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Loren D. Rosebrook, Deshler. They were married in Leipsic Sept. 14, 1968, and have no minor children.

U.S. Bank Trust, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was granted a foreclosure against Sandra K. Santos, deceased, and Jeffrey Gulker, Ottawa, in the amount of $78,657.15.

Rodolfo Garcia, 49, 505 E. Second St., Ottawa, was granted a reduction in his jail sentence of 45 days. He was originally sentenced to 10 months in jail for driving under the influence (attempt).

April 14

Gabriel V. Warnimont, 18, 7982 Road 13, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 180 days jail, 165 days suspended, $150 fine, suspended, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center.

Kristopher R. Kohlhorst, 24, 951 W. State St., Lima, pleaded no contest to second-offense OVI and was found not guilty. He pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: $250 fine. He was also fined $150 for open container and $150 for speeding.

Luis M. Rocha, 25, 73 Ridge St., Belmore, pleaded no contest to driving under FRA non-compliance suspension. Sentence: $200 fine.

Daniel C. Sherman, 31, 119½ E. Main St., Findlay, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension. Sentence: $250 fine.

April 18

Ruben Noriega Jr., 35, 11041 Road 16, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, pay $250 restitution to the village of Cloverdale, and perform 40 hours community service.

April 19

Logan J. Pothast, 24, 14054 Road 12, Ottawa, charged with drug abuse/possession, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Mary K. Sims, 54, Defiance, was fined $100 for failure to control.

Gabriel Morales, 46, 15 E. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to OVI first-offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 165 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of failure to reinstate license was dismissed.

April 21

Araceli Flores, 57, 704 W. Sugar St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, with no contact with the victim for two years.
