An Allen County grand jury returned 13 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges are:
Raymond I. Jones II, 34, of 1233 N. Union St., domestic violence.
Antonio Lane, 45, of 318 E. Vine St., burglary.
Demetric O. Cook, 22, of Water Valley, Miss., carrying concealed weapon and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
George V. Crosby, 28, of 531 Brower Road, No. 48, assault.
Shannon T. Scott, 26, of 601 1/2 S. Harrison Ave., improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle and possession of cocaine.
Joshua L. Stevens, 26, of 778 S. Elizabeth St., five counts of burglary.
Ricki S. Mooney, 31, of Celina, improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Jon W. Handshoe, 47, of 812 Richie Ave., domestic violence and felonious assault.
Janea M. Worthington, 25, of 124 S. Woodlawn Ave., assault.
Dana A. Durr, 40, of 1216 N. Union St., aggravated burglary, kidnapping and rape.
Harvard M. Vidal, 78, of 203 W. Lane Ave., felonious assault.
Terran R. Collier, of 422 Harrison Ave., resisting arrest.
Kevin Watkins, 25, of 1252 Knollwood Drive, felonious assault, abduction and assault.
