Brandon J. Meyer, 18, 11332 Road E, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to underage possession. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, and $250 fine. He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine and one-year license suspension.
March 22
Ryan J. Hanneman, 25, 9660 Mayberry Road, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to OVI first-offense. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of seat belt was dismissed.

David W. Parker, 51, 1508 state Road 1, Butler, Indiana, pleaded guilty to consumption in a motor vehicle. Sentence: One-day jail and $150 fine.
March 24
Scot D. Blankenship, 49, 5788 Road Y, Leipsic, pleaded no contest to drug abuse possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $150 fine and six-month license suspension. He was also fined $100 for consumption in motor vehicle and $50 for speeding.
