Allen County
Ohio 309 (Elida Road) from Robb Avenue to Cole Street will be restricted for reconstruction of the curb and gutter, upgrade of traffic signals and resurfacing of the roadway. The continuous turn from eastbound Ohio 309 to Grand Avenue will be permanently closed on Monday, March 14. Lane restrictions will begin in the westbound direction first, then switch eastbound. Three lanes of traffic will remain open at all times throughout the duration of the project. Only one lane at a time will be taken out of service. The project will be completed in the fall. Work is being performed by Smith Paving, Norwalk.
Auglaize County
I-75 between the Shelby County line and Cridersville, Daily lane closures March 7th – 11th between the hours of 9 am and 2 pm. One lane will remain open in each direction.
Hardin County
Ohio 235 southbound just north of Ohio 67 will be restricted through the work zone during the week for utility work. Traffic through the work zone will be maintained with temporary traffic signals. Work is being performed by Buckeye Pipeline, Columbus.
Putnam County
Ohio 696 between the Allen County line and Ohio 12 will be reduced to one lane through the work zone for sealing of pavement cracks. Work is being performed by the ODOT Putnam County maintenance garage.
Van Wert County
Sealing of pavement cracks will take place at the following locations during the week. Work is being performed by the ODOT Van Wert County maintenance garage:
•U.S. 30, both eastbound and westbound, between the city of Van Wert and the Indiana line.
•Ohio 49, both northbound and southbound, between U.S. 30 and U.S. 224.
