LIMA — Ohio Supreme Court candidate Judge Pat Fischer will be the guest speaker at the Allen County Republican Party luncheon at noon Friday at the Elks Lodge.
Judge Fischer was elected to the 1st District Court of Appeals in 2010. He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and before serving on the appellate court was a partner in a private law firm.
