LIMA — The Lima Police Department investigated a report of a person with injuries at 2:40 p.m. Wednesday.
According to the report, officers arrived at Lombardo’s Cafe, 447 N. Main St., to find that Richard Cass, of Spring Green, Wisconsin, had suffered a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Cass was taken to St. Rita’s Medical Center with unknown injuries. His condition was unavailable late Wednesday.
