Montgomery J. Risner, 21, 14625 Road C, Continental; two counts unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

Satinder S. Ghotra, 30, 5055 State Route 613, Leipsic; four counts illegal use of food stamps/WIC benefits.

Gurrnukh Singh, 39, 5055 State Route 613, Leipsic; illegal use of food stamps/WIC benefits.

Nicholas A. Clay, 38, 500 Circle Drive, #13, Continental; two counts trafficking in drugs and possession of cocaine.

Timothy J. Clay, 33, 500 Circle Drive, #41, Continental; two counts trafficking in drugs.

Jennifer J. Gillette, 24, 102 Charloe Circle, Ottawa; receiving stolen property and two counts burglary.

Douglas A. Bush, 20, 221 N. Summit St., Paulding; grand theft, theft and forgery.

William S. Brocious, 39, 1249 N. Defiance St., Ottawa; possession of drugs, two counts trafficking in drugs and permitting drug abuse.

Patrick A. Yohe, 65, 338 Chippewa Drive, Ottawa; four counts trafficking in drugs.

Robert L. Howard, III, 33, 236 N. Hall St., Ottawa; weapons under disability.

Donald R. Gee, 52, 302 E. Sugar St., Continental; tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana.

Derek D. Tussing, 24, 3899 Begg Road, Columbus Grove; receiving stolen property and two counts burglary.

Cassandra R. Elston, 24, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A-7, Columbus Grove; receiving stolen property and two counts burglary.

Andrew Woten, 33, 1259 Fort Amanda Road, Lima; identity fraud, speeding, a misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana.

Kyle S. Wireman, 25, 2120 Bowman Road, Lima; theft.

Jan. 11

Sarah L. Maynard, 45, 805 E. Second St., Apt. B, Ottawa, was sentenced to 10 days jail for contempt, with nine days suspended.

Jan. 12

Roger Leimgruber, 34, 118 E. Melrose Ave., Findlay, was sentenced to 30 days jail for contempt. He was found to be in arrears in the amount of $5,739.26 as of Nov. 30, 2015. The judge suspended 23 days provided he remain current in his child support payments.

New Cases

Lisa A. Stainbrook, Ottawa, v. Terry L. Stainbrook, Ottawa; divorce without children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Jan. 7

Anthony A. Butler II, 28, 60 Fifth St., Fort Jennings, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $375 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.

Jan. 11

Della L. Eicher, 47, 106 S. Grant St., Ottawa, pleaded no contest to theft and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $200 fine, and six-months’ probation.

Jordan A. Piper, 30, 882 N. Defiance St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of driving without a valid license. Sentence: $150 fine.

Martrevis L. Chitman, 26, 953 E. Vine St., Lima, pleaded guilty to nonsupport of dependents. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $200 fine, suspended, on condition he remains current in support payments. Two other counts were dismissed.

Jamia J. Bailey, 23, 734 N. Elizabeth St., Lima, pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, two-year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. She also pleaded guilty to endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, fined $250, suspended, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP, sentence to be served concurrent, and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of OVI and child restraint was dismissed.

Jan. 12

Garrod L. Dangler, 36, 445 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine.

Crystal Siebeneck, 29, 215 N. Broadway St., Columbus Grove, pleaded no contest to drug abuse/possession and was found guilty. Sentence: $100 fine and six-month license suspension. A charge of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
