SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — A 14-year-old girl in Shawnee Township who had been reported missing since Jan. 10 has been located.
The Shawnee Township Police Department reported that Allen County Children’s Services called the department at 11 a.m. Tuesday saying that Samantha Cowen, 14, was in their custody.
