An Allen County grand jury returned 10 public indictments this month. Those indicted and their charges were:
David L. Simmons, 50, of 1201 Summit St., Lima, possession of cocaine.
Jennifer R. Wallace, 33, of 528 N. Main St., Delphos, escape and burglary.
Deandre T. Baskin, 44, of 824 N. Metcalf St., violating a protection order.
Arthur L. Banks, 69, of 2240 Lake Circle Drive, Apt. G, three counts of kidnapping with a repeat violent offender specification, robbery with a repeat violent offender specification and burglary with a repeat violent offender specification.
Jaishaun M. Ball, 28, of 750 Michael Ave., felonious assault and domestic violence.
Dustin E. Herron, 30, of 1304 Virginia Ave., having weapons while under disability, carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
Angela L. Lauck, 37, of 580 S. Glenwood Ave., theft.
Ronald E. Jones, 39, of 1119 W. Wayne St., failure to comply with order or signal of police officer, grand theft of motor vehicles and felonious assault.
Kson D. Perryman, 18, of 1000 N. Elizabeth St., aggravated burglary and two counts of aggravated robbery.
Tristan L. Harris, 32, of Lithonia, Georgia., carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
