Findlay man stabbed twice in scrotum

FINDLAY — Investigating a call of a man needing medical attention, Findlay Police Department officers found a victim who had been stabbed twice in the scrotum.

The police were called to the Colonial Laundry, 505 W. Trenton Ave., at about 10:30 a.m. Sunday.

According to police reports, officers were told that a man needed medical attention from a knife wound. The man left before officers or emergency personnel arrived at the scene.

The man was located in the area and was found to have two knife wounds to the scrotum.

The incident did not occur at the laundry and the victim refused to give any information on where the event occurred or who was involved. There were no suspects late Sunday and police officers were still investigating the crime.

The victim was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital by Hanco EMS. His condition was unavailable late Sunday.
