ST. MARYS — Toastmasters announced that Randy Fisher has won the Toastmasters International Table Topics Contest at the Division Finals held Oct 24.
Fisher competed against five other finalists from the Western Ohio Division consisting of six areas and 32 Toastmasters Clubs. The contest was held at the Dayton Realtors Association in Dayton.
Fisher is a member of the Grand Lake Toastmasters Club, which meets twice a month at Otterbein in St. Marys, and has been competing in Toastmasters speech contests since 2008. With this win, he will advance to the district contest held in Lexington, Kentucky, on Nov. 15.
