LIMA — The Allen County Sheriff’s Office released the audio recorded from the unknown caller making a threat to blow the place up. Warning, the audio does include some foul language.
The male caller called the Sheriff’s Office’s regular business line at 11:07 a.m. Monday.
The call only lasts nine seconds. This is the conversation that took place between the dispatcher and the caller:
Dispatcher: “Allen County Sheriff’s Office.”
Caller: “You dirty sons of bitches better be ready to be blow all to hell.”
Dispatcher: “What?”
Caller: “You heard me.”
After the call was received the Sheriff’s Office called in the bomb squad to conduct a search throughout the entire premises and the vehicles surrounding the building. The bomb squad was unable to find anything.
The incident was still under investigation Tuesday.
