The following were indicted following the Oct. 7 session of the Putnam County Grand Jury.

Kevin M. Arnone, 30, 440 N. Taft St., Ottawa; possession of drugs.

Michael S. Minch, 32, 1198 Road 19-1, Continental; three counts receiving stolen property, theft, and breaking and entering.

Marcus A. Williams, 28, 5876 Chatford Drive, Apt. F, Columbus; possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steve M. Kelley, 51, 316 W. Third St., Delphos; burglary.

Logan T. Weis, 25, LKA 12 Alice Ridge Road, Anniston, Al.; burglary, two counts theft, misdemeanors, two counts breaking and entering and theft.

Robert J. Nichols, II, 31, 941. E. 11th St., Ottawa; failure to appear.

Mishelle N. Parkins, 29, 716 1/2 E. Market St., Lima; burglary.

Matthew I. Hinds, 30, 830 S. Phillips Road, Harrod; theft of a credit card(s).

Nicholas A. Okuley, 21, 12508 Road G, Ottawa; possession of drugs.

Robert L. Howard, III, 33, 236 N. Hall St., Ottawa; perjury.

Robert W. Smith, 51, 531 Brower Road, Apt. 171, Lima; burglary.

David R. Torman, Jr., 44, 2765 Road 203, Cloverdale, two counts retaliation.

Sept. 29

Ryan J. Greve, 30, 278 Lakeshore Drive, Glandorf, pleaded guilty to possession of drugs (heroin). He faces up to 12 months in prison, $2,500 in fines and six-months to five years license suspension. He also pleaded guilty to illegal conveyance of prohibited items onto the grounds of a detention facilty (drugs). He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. Oct. 28.

Greve was accused of trying to smuggle narcotics into the county jail Aug. 6, after returning from an appointment at Pathways Counseling Center. Greve had been remanded to jail following his indictment last July, but was granted a furlough on Aug. 4 and Aug. 6 to attend counseling sessions at Pathways.

After the incident, investigators obtained a search warrant which was executed at 12557 Old State Route 65, Ottawa. During the search, ingredients for the manufacture of methamphetamine and cocaine were found. Arrested at the scene were Christopher D. Frey, 33, 206 Riley St., Pandora, and Robert J. Nichols, II, 30, 941 E. 11th St. Ottawa.

Oct. 1

Joseph S. Saldana, 29, 300 E. Main St., Belmore, pleaded guilty to felony non support. He faces up to 12 months in prison, and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigaton is conducted with sentencing set for 2 p.m. Oct. 28.

Oct. 2

Curtis R. Michael, 32, 1020 N. McDonel St., Lima, was sentenced to nine years in prison for rape. He was given credit for 88 days served and must register as a Tier III sex offender.

Jason L. Clapper Jr., 23, 610 Linden St., Lima, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to report to his supervising officer on June 11, June 19, June 25 and July 2. He was placed on four years community control and given credit for 375 days served. He must obtain emplyment and a GED, become eligible for Medicaid, and pay $700 restitution to the MAN unit. Clapper was originally convicted of trafficking in drugs (marijuana).

Rodolfo Garcia, 48, 505 E. Second St., Ottawa, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for driving under the influence (attempt). He was given credit for one day served and granted work release. His license was suspended for 10 years and he must pay a $1,350 fine. He must attend counseling sessions at Pathways Counseling Cener and attend AA meetings as directed.

Oct. 5

Christopher D. Frey, 33, 2020 Road E, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to illegal assembly or possession chemicals for manufacture of drugs. He faces up to 36 months in prison, $10,000 in fines and six-months to five-years license suspension. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 1 p.m. Oct. 28. A motion to revoke supervision was dismissed.

Ashley R. Verhoff, Continental, was granted a divorce from Randy N. Verhoff, Jr., Continental. They were married Aug. 28, 2010 and have one child.

Oct. 6

Lynette Yant, 45, 1879 Huntington Drive, Findlay, was sentenced to three days jail for failure to pay child support. She was found to be in total arrears in the amount of $3,487.78 as of Aug. 31. The jail was suspended on condition she remain current with her payments and seek work.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Oct. 1

Chad M. Clark, 32, 930 Central Ave., Findlay, pleaded no contest to intimidation of a victim/witness and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 165 days suspended, $500 fine, $250 suspended, and no contact or be within 100 feet of victim.

Oct. 5

David A. Averesch, 25, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A1, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of no operator’s license. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of failure to display plates, unauthorized plates, and seat belt were dismissed.

Oct. 6

Donald A. Schroeder, 78, 13786 Road 15M, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. He was also fined $150 for failure to control.

Oct. 5
