LIMA — Lugabill Road, between North Phillips Road and North Dixie Highway, will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Allen County Engineer’s Office.
The closure will allow for the completion of drainage work, and emergency vehicles will have access on that portion of road during that time.
