Robert J. Nichols, II, 30, 941 E. 11th St., Ottawa; illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, possession of drugs (cocaine) and permitting drug abuse.

Christopher D. Frey, 33, 2020 Road E, Leipsic; illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.

Sandy A. Hill, 47, 205 W. Main St., Kalida; felonious assault.

Zachary S. Deal, 23, 909 Partridge Lane, Bowling Green; identity fraud, a felony; driving under influence, operating a motor vehicle without reasonable control, and consumption in a motor vehicle, all misdemeanors.

Eric J. Guerra, 28, 263 State St., Leipsic; domestic violence.

Eric M. Walters, 29, 21009 Road 21, Fort Jennings; felonious assault.

Alan Dunbar, 21, 145 Fourth St., Lot 2, Fort Jennings; breaking and entering.

Brian K. Bennett, II, 28, 204 Mahoning St., Cloverdale; domestic violence.

Joseph S. Saldana, 29, 300 E. Main St., Belmore; two counts nonsupport of dependents.

Calvin Ferrell, 36, 1172 W. North St., Lima; three counts nonsupport of dependents.

Gary R. Snodgrass, 37, 410 N. West St., Lima; two counts nonsupport of dependents.

Alex J. Rosengarten, 20, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 66, Ottawa; felonious assault.

Joseph N. Chandler, 30, 329 N. Main St., Columbus Grove; forgery (uttering), burglary and theft.

Thomas O. Hollingsworth, Jr., 23, 309 S. Woodline, Lima; making false alarms and inducing panic.

Curtis R. Michael, 32, 1020 N. McDonel St., Lima; rape.

Jason A. Leap, 38, 1963 E. Main St., Ottawa; felonious assault and aggravated burglary.

William L. Miller, 38, 3059 County Road 80, Alger; theft.

Abbie L. Holton, 26, 21153, County Road I-17, Cloverdale; escape.

Aug. 18

David Sanchez, 36, 45 Vine St., Apt. C8, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to rape. He faces up to 11 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10 a.m. Oct. 14. Another count of rape and two counts gross sexual imposition were dismissed.

Jorge Roman Sr., 37, 2023 Elyria St., Findlay, was sentenced to 10 days jail for failure to pay child support. The sentence was suspended on condition he remain current in his payments and seek work according to agency guidelines.

Aug. 19

Sara E. Brenneman, Ottawa, and Christopher A. Brenneman, Continental, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 14, 2014, in Ottawa, and have no children.

Aug. 20

Melissa Langhals, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Joseph Langhals, Ottawa. They were married Dec. 5, 2003 in Ottawa, and have four children.

Todd L. Roberts, Leipsic, and Tricia J. Roberts, Leipsic, were granted a dissolution of mariage. They were married June 17, 2013 in Siesta Key, Fla., and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Aug. 10

Craig. J. Burris, 29, 257 N. Main St., Apt. 1, Glandorf, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, with credit for three days served with work release.

Aug. 17

Robert J. Nichols, II, 30, 941 E. 11th St. Ottawa, charged with illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

Paul E. Lemaster, 53, 154 Walnut Drive, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one-year license suspension, with three days credit for completion of DIP. Charges of open container, failure to reinstate, seat belt, unsafe vehicle and failure to control were dismissed.

Julian P. Barraza, 25, 117 Broadway St., Leipsic, pleaded guilty to points, penalties & appeals. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $250 fine.

Aug. 18

Donald D. Buess, 56, 111 Heather Lane, Pandora, pleaded no contest to criminal trespass and was found guilty. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, $100 suspended and no contact with victim for two years. A charge of telephone harassment was dismissed.

Aug. 20

Jesus Tapia III, 19, 1807 N. Elizabeth St., Lima, pleaded guilty to drug abuse/possession. Sentence: $150 fine and six month license suspension. He also pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia. Sentence: $150 fine.
