LIMA — A Delphos accountant facing felony theft charges in Allen County was assigned a Jan. 5 trial date Monday.
Jennifer Edelbrock, 48, also was assigned a pretrial for Oct. 22. She is charged with two counts of grand theft, accused of stealing money from the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post in Spencerville.
Edelbrock also is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday in Putnam County for stealing $17,250 from the Kalida Band Boosters between May 2014 and April 2015. She pleaded guilty to grand theft in that case.
Also in the case, the prosecution and Edelbrock’s attorney agreed to allow her former clients access to their financial records.
