LIMA — In an effort to promote a healthier, more active lifestyle in Lima’s downtown area, the Allen County Creating Healthy Communities Program has funded the installation of bicycle racks at the Market Street parking garage, offering free bike parking downtown.
Three racks, each holding up to six bikes, are located inside the garage, while two racks, each holding two bikes, are located outside on either side of the garage stairwell. No locks are included with the racks, so cyclists are encouraged to bring their own.
