July 27

Jennifer A. Edelbrock, 48, 607 N. Fifth St., Kalida, pleaded guilty to grand theft on a bill of information. She faces up to 18 months in prison and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. Aug. 25. She must wear a monitor and not use the internet. The state will recommend certain conditions upon sentencing if she pays $17,250 restitution within 30 days.

Marcos L. Flores, 39, 206 Vidette St., Columbus Grove, was granted judicial release. He was placed on three years community control, and must be accepted into the SEARCH Center. Flores must not leave the state, have no contact with the victim, and complete anger management classes upon completion of SEARCH. He was originally convicted on felonious assault (attempt).

July 30

Abbie L. Holton, 26, 21153 County Road I-17, Cloverdale, pleaded not guilty to escape. Bond was set at $250,000 and another pre-trial was set for 9:30 a.m. Aug. 25. Holton had been found guilty of violating the terms of supervision. The violations included resisting arrest, providing misleading statements to a Paulding County Deputy, obstructing the performance of a deputy, using cocaine, marijuana and heroin last March and changing her residence without permission. A bench warrant was issued April 2 after Holton failed to report back to jail following a furlough.

Mariah K. Davis, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from Jacob A. Davis, Lima. They were married May 24, 2014 in Lima, and have no children.

July 20

Lucas A. Horstman, 32, 5047 E. Main St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension in violation of license restriction. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. A charge of expired plates was dismissed.

David Jones, 44, 408 E. 10th St., Lima, pleaded guilty to telephone harassment. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and have no contact with the victim for two years.

July 23

Joshua J. Inkrott, 18, 10326 Road E, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine, $100 suspended, license suspended for six months and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

July 27

Sandy A. Hill, 47, 226 S. Walnut St., Apt. A, Ottawa, charged with felonious assault, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

July 28

Kaylene S. Renner, 60, 18688 Road 14, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 174 days suspended, $375 fine, suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete assessment at Pathways Counseling Center or equivalent agency. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

July 30

Chad A Ehrnsberger, 37, 209 S. Broad St., #2, Kalida, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of turn signals was dismissed.
