The following were indicted following a grand jury session on July 15.

Thomas P. Hollingsworth, Jr., 34, 309 S. Woodline, Lima; making false alarms and inducing panic.

David Sanchez, 36, 45 Vine St., Apt. C-8, Leipsic; two counts rape and gross sexual imposition.

Curtis Michael, 32, 1020 N. McDonel St., Lima; rape.

Ryan J. Greve, 30, 278 Lakeshore Drive, Glandorf; possession of drugs (heroin) and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Joseph N. Chandler, 30, 329 N. Main St., Columbus Grove; forgery (uttering), burglary and theft.

Alex J. Rosengarten, 20, 1570 N. Perry St., #66, Ottawa; felonious assault.

Chace D. Keiser, 24, 424 S. Walnut St., Ottawa; tampering with evidence.

Jason A. Leap, 38, 1963 E. Main St., Ottawa; felonious assault and aggravated burglary.

William L. Miller, 38, 3059 County Road 80, Alger; theft.

Abbie L. Holton, 26, 21153 County Road I-17, Cloverdale; escape.

July 14

Christopher N. Kaminski, 31, 3933 Lagrange St., Toledo, was sentenced to 10 days jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violation included failing to complete his prior jail sentence. He was originally convicted of theft of checks.

July 15

Roberto Barraza, Jr., 29, 6998 Road D, Leipsic, was sentenced to 90 days jail on two counts trafficking in drugs. He was placed on three years community control on each count and he was given credit for eight days served. He was referred to Pathways Counseling Center and his license was suspended for six months. He must pay $790 restitution to the MAN unit, obtain a valid license and employment.

Diana Schuller, Ottawa, and Gerald Schuller, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married July 13, 1963 in Monroe County, Michigan, and have no minor children.

July 17

JP Morgan Chase Bank, Westerville, was granted a foreclosure against John A. Friemoth, San Diego, and Shelby A. Friemoth, San Diego, in the amount of $14,248.01, plus interest.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

July 13

John T. Hatfield, 51, 120 N. Pleasant St., #A, Montpelier, pleaded guilty to menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine and no contact with victims for two years.

Nicholas A. Okuley, 21, 12508 Road G, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under FRA suspension. Sentence: $250 fine. Charges of seat belt and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle were dismissed.

July 14

Melissa Vogt, 42, 224 N. Main St., Continental, pleaded no contest to assault and was found guilty. Sentence: Three days jail, suspended, and $100 fine.
