MILFORD — Kolton Schaller, Eduarny Martinez and Mason Sawyer each homered as the Lima Locos earned a 10-3 Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League victory Wednesday against Jet Box.
Sawyer’s homer was a grand slam, and he finished with five RBI. Schaller had three RBI and Martinez had another hit to go with his solo homer. Aidyn Coffey had three hits, including a double, and an RBI.
The Locos remain 3 1/2 game behind Muskegon, a 13-1 winner against Michigan, in the North Division standings with six games remaining in the regular season. The Locos will play at Jet Box again at 5:35 p.m. Thursday and return home for a 7:05 p.m. game Friday against Jet Box at Simmons Field.
