LIMA — A lawsuit objecting to Ohio’s school voucher program may proceed after a Franklin County judge denied the state’s motion to dismiss. Ohio’s Attorney General’s office argued that student and school district plaintiffs lacked standing to sue and the that courts have already settled the issue.

LIMA — The ArtSpace/Lima Juried Photography Exhibition awards ceremony was recently held. The show has been held for over thirty years. Originally hosted by the ArtSpace Photography Club, this exhibition honors that club by continuing the yearly tradition.

This fall’s graduating class includes the following individuals: Rylee Deitsch of St. Henry, who earned a BS in accounting; Avery Rice of Lima, who earned a BS in business; Brooke Schmerge of Botkins, who earned an MA in English; and Andrew Wayman of Wapakoneta, who earned an MS in physician assistant studies.
