March 21

Nathaniel D. Tucker, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce from Brandi J. Tucker, Carey. They were married Sept. 25, 2010 and have three children.

March 23

Laura Hitchcock, Cloverdale, was granted a divorce from Isaac W. Hitchcock, Payne. They were married Dec. 15, 2014 in Paulding and have no children.

March 24

Ryan L. Hefner, Sr., 46, 111 S. Pearl St., Lot 6, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to possession of heroin. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a pre-sentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. April 28. Any illegal drugs seized will be forfeited to the arresting agency.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

March 17

Austin L. Selhorst, 29, 381 E. Fourth St., Ottoville, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation second-offense. Sentence: 30 days jail, 24 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of open container and speeding were dismissed.

March 22

Richard D. Roof, 47, 945 N. Pratt St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $75 fine.

March 24

Daniel W. Schoepfle, 58, 804 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 179 days suspended, $100 fine, suspended, and complete mental health assessment. Charges of assault and persistent disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Alexandra L. Guerra, 32, 131 N. Locust St., Ottawa, found guilty to endangering children. Sentence: 180 days jail, 135 days suspended, and $150 fine.

Joshua W. Cox, 36, 9651 Road 10-I, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to failure to comply. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days jail suspended, $250 fine and complete a mental health assessment. A charge of ATV on roadway was dismissed.

Jeffrey C. Meyer, 53, 11603 Road 12-K, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation second offense. Sentence: 30 days jail, 24 days suspended, $250 fine, six-month license suspension, with credit given for six days jail upon completion of DIP.
