Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

March 3

Travis Oatman, 50, 36 Elm St., Cairo, pleaded no contest to obstructing official business and was found guilty. Sentence: 90 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. He also pleaded no contest to falsification and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended and $250 fine. He was also fined $50 for failure to control.

March 7

Nikki E. Boyed, 53, 405 Taft St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to village income tax (Pandora). Sentence: 10 days jail, suspended, and $100 fine.

March 8

Jamie L. Schoepfle, 58, 804 S. Oak St., Ottawa, pleaded guilty to persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, 29 days suspended, $100 fine.

Shane C. Lawhorn, 33, 22869 Road M, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, 59 days suspended, $250 fine.

March 10

Shana L. Williams, 40, 105 S. Main St., Apt. 3, Glandorf, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without a valid operating license. Sentence: 180 days jail, $100 fine, suspended. A charge of failure to control was dismissed.

Elliott Q. Greene, 35, 201 W. Yates Ave., Findlay, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine.

Jordan V. Chamberlin, 25, 7050 State Route 224, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of physical control. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days suspended, $500 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of OVI with refusal, open container and assured clear distance were dismissed.
