Kelly L. Spears, Columbus Grove, was granted a divorce from James E. Spears, Lima. They were married Nov. 27 1982 in Bowling Green and have no minor children.

Jacob R. Norville, 21, 631 W. Sycamore St., Apt. A7, Columbus Grove, was sentenced to three days jail for attempting carrying a concealed weapon. He was given credit for time served and was placed on five years community control. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended.
Mark D. Kuhlman, 42, 150 Glandorf Road, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to aggravated possession of drugs. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:30 a.m. April 14.
Randall E. Roof, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Jennifer Roof, Conway, S.C. They were married Sept. 15, 2017 in Columbus Grove and have no children.

Feb. 24
Mark A. Wiseman, 24, 2505 Township Road 123 NE, Junction City, pleaded guilty an amended charge of second-offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, 27 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. He also pleaded guilty to drug possession/abuse. Sentence: 180-day license suspension, $150 fine. He was also ordered to reimburse the county for money expended for legal representation up to $500. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

Felipe Martinez, 46, 608 Ohio St., Leipsic, charged with assault, a felony, bound over to common pleas court
Jason P. Schnipke, 43, 10428, Road H, Ottawa, charged with burglary and menacing by stalking, both felonies, bound over to common pleas court.

Cory M. Bladen, 31, 1105 N. Adams St., Lima, pleaded guilty to receiving stolen property. Sentence: three days jail, suspended, $100 fine.
Daniel L. Fisher, 33, 205 S. High St., Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to telecommunication harassment. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $250 fine. A charge of menacing was dismissed.
Jessica Stechschulte, 37, 13573 Road 22-K, Cloverdale, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $100 fine.
Travis J. Stechschulte, 36, 16940 Road Z, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of disorderly conduct. Sentence: $100 fine.
