KentonMark R. Szymanski, 52, died at 1:30 p.m. March 6, 2011, at his residence.He was born June 5, 1958, in Painesville to Robert E. and Janet M. Manlik Szymanski. His father preceded him in death. His mother survives in Kenton. On Sept. 27, 1986, in Kenton, he married Dee Beach, who survives in Kenton.Mr. Szymanski was a sales clerk and truck driver for MacDonald Supply Co., Lima. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Kenton, and the Abundant Life Assembly of God. He was a die-hard fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Mark Martin. He loved The Ohio State University Buckeyes and is family.Survivors also include a son, Eric (Alana) Szymanski, of Springboro; a daughter, Teia (Ben) Fisher, of Kenton; a brother, Michael (Lisa) Szymanski, of Lima; a sister, Lorraine (Robert) Szymanski-Hufford, of Perrysburg; five grandchildren, Brody Szymanski, of Springboro, Chandler Beach, of Kenton, and Claudia Szymanski and Emmerson and Chase Day, all of Springboro; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.Services will begin at 11 a.m. Thursday at Price Funeral Home, Kenton. Pastor James Goldsmith and Deacon Mike Hood will officiate. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Kenton.Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, where a prayer service will be held at 4 p.m.Memorial contributions may be made to Hardin County Hospice Care, the American Cancer Society or the family.
