LIMA — Mr. and Mrs. James Rast, of Lima, will celebrate 55 years of marriage March 5, 2015. A dinner is planned.
Rast and the former Sharon Nelson were married March 5, 1960, at Florence Presbyterian Church in Omaha, NE.
They are the parents of a son, Chris Rast, of Wichita, KS; and one daughter, Kathy Shaddy of Oklahoma City, OK. They have two grandchildren.
Rast is head of maintenance at Believers Christian Fellowship. His wife is retired from State Farm Insurance and is a homemaker.
