LIMA — University of Northwestern Ohio head baseball coach Kory Hartman has added a seventh member to the Racers’ growing 2016 signing class. The Racers have inked left-handed pitcher Ryan Rumer from Exton, Pennsylvania, becoming the first varsity player from the Keystone State in program history.
