503 N. Cable Road, Lima — Officers responded to a report of a theft from the assistant principal’s desk Friday. Reportedly, a student stole a gaming console from the assistant principal’s desk.

2200 block of Lake Circle Drive, Lima — A man was brought home to his residence in Lima from a bar in Cridersville for being intoxicated Friday. A short time later, he assaulted his mother and was arrested. He is currently in custody.

890 S. Cable Road, Lima — Officers responded to a theft from Chief Supermarket Thursday. A sales associate at the store saw a woman conceal meat in her purse and leave the store.

733 S. Cable Road, Lima — Officers responded to a report of a theft at Family Video Thursday.

500 block of East Vine Street, Lima — Officers responded to a report of a domestic violence between a father and son Thursday over money.

100 block of North Woodlawn Street, Lima — Officers responded to a report of domestic violence Thursday. A woman said her boyfriend became intoxicated and beat her unconscious when he came home later that evening. Neighbors were able to drive her to St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima for treatment.

1000 block of Bellefontaine Avenue, Lima — Officers responded to a report of a hit and skip Thursday.

500 block of North Elizabeth Street, Lima — Officers responded to a report of a theft Friday.

1000 block of Bellefontaine Avenue, Lima — Officers responded to a report of an assault Thursday.

300 block of South Leonard Avenue, Lima — A man called the Allen County Sheriff’s Office to report the location had been broken into Thursday.

4700 block of Allentown Road, Lima — A woman told ACSO officers that she had been assaulted Wednesday.

3515 Elida Road, Lima — A man said he had his cellphone stolen at The Lima News Thursday.
