Luis M. Rocha, 24, 1570 N. Perry St., Lot 18, Ottawa, was sentenced to the WORTH Center for violating the terms of supervision. The violations include changing his residence in December without permission, failing to undergo a substance abuse assessment since May 9, and using cocaine Dec, 22. He was placed on three years community control, must obtain employment and his driver’s license was suspended for 12 months.

Charges of failure to control, seat belt and driving while texting were dismissed.
