Fort Jennings spoils Grove ‘Throwback’ night

COLUMBUS GROVE — Sporting Vikings jerseys as part of “Vaughnsville Throwback Night,” Columbus Grove dropped a 57-53 contest to Fort Jennings.

Jace Darbyshire led Columbus Grove with 27 points against its Putnam County opponent. Teammate Gabe Stechschulte scored 13. Austin Kehres had 15 points and Drew Grone scored 11 for Fort Jennings.

Temple Christian 69, Allen East 49

HARROD — Michael Breaston had 25 points and Markus Howell (12) and Brock Bowman (10) also scored in double digits for Temple Christian. Luke Perkins led Allen East with 16 points.

Spencerville 67, St. Marys 63

SPENCERVILLE — Dakota Prichard (19), Mason Nourse (13) and Zach Goecke (10) all scored in double digits for Spencerville as did Nathan Wilker (10), Josh Young (11), Derek Jay (16), Isaac Fitzgerald (15) and Quinn Zaerr (11) for St. Marys.

Ottawa-Glandorf 65, Bluffton 53

OTTAWA — Noah Bramlage had 33 points and Brad Recker scored 16 for Ottawa-Glandorf.

St. Henry 46, Bath 29

ST. HENRY — Ryan Mikesell had 19 points and Mitch Stammen scored 14 for St, Henry. Chase Clark and Andrew Renner each had 11 points for Bath.

Shawnee 66, Coldwater 58

SHAWNEE TOWNSHIP — Jaden O’Neal had 38 points for Shawnee. Andy Brunet (17), Aaron Harlamert (14) and Derek Thobe (11) all finished in double digits for Coldwater.

Perry 91, Hardin Northern 34

DOLA — Plummie Gardner had 27 points and Jared Poling (21) and Jakoby Lane-Harvey (14) also scored in double digits for Perry. Andrew Stump led Hardin Northern with 16 points.

ADA — Lane Hurley had 19 points and Cameron Parker and Blake Stephens each scored 14 for Upper Scioto Valley.

FINDLAY — Colyn Blackford led Kenton with nine points.

NEW BREMEN — Eric Moeder (22), Caleb Hoyng (19) and Ryan Hoyng (16) all scored in double digits for Celina. Carson Manger had 25 points and Alex Britton scored 13 for New Bremen.

BOTKINS — Shane Topp (17), Adam Howe (15), Jalen Fullenkamp (14) and Andrew Arnett (11) all scored in double digits for New Knoxville.

ROCKFORD — Alex Arellano had 13 points and Ethan Rhonehouse scored 11 for Paulding. Tanner Bates had 14 points and Brandon Gibson scored 12 for Parkway.
