Wapakoneta senior lineman Thomas Schoenlein and Marion Local’s Jacob Kunkler and Coldwater’s Mitch Fullenkamp, both senior linebackers, have been named to the JJHuddle third team All-Ohio defense. Fullenkamp was also named the Division V Defensive Player of the Year and Kunkler received the same honor in Division VII.
Area players earning honorable mention honors included Kenton senior linebacker Tristan Reichelderfer, St. Henry junior punter Mitch Stammen and senior defensive backs Dustin Rethman (Marion Local), Aaron Harlamert (Coldwater) and Bryce Schmiesing (Minster).
