Law-enforcement officials were looking for information about the crimes and people listed below. The program offers anonymous cash rewards up to $1,000 to those who provide information that leads to the apprehension and indictment of wanted suspects. Crime Stoppers does not use caller ID, and telephone calls are not recorded.

CRIME OF THE WEEK

Lima Police Department was seeking the public’s help in identifying the people who robbed the Wal-Mart store at 2450 Allentown Road at 3:25 p.m. Monday. A man and two women were observed trying to steal items from the store. The two women and a man tried to leave the store when employees attempted to stop the man for shoplifting. He pulled a knife. The three left the store and drove off in a silver BMW. The man was described as a black man in his 30s, 5 foot 11, bald head and weighing around 185 pounds.
