LIMA — Officials from St. Rita’s Medical Center and Health Partners of Western Ohio are offering a health insurance support event to help residents understand and select healthcare plans for the coming year.
Certified specialists will answer questions and provide assistance in creating healthcare accounts.
Those interested can register by calling St. Rita’s Medical Center at 419-996-5842 or 877-956-3729. Walk-ins are also welcome. Attendees must bring Social Security numbers, birth dates, pay stubs, W-2 forms or “wage and tax statements,” policy numbers for current health insurance and information about any health insurance you or your family could get through employment.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday at St. Rita’s Auxiliary Conference Center.
