LIMA — To raise awareness of child abuse issues, a flag-raising ceremony will begin at noon Wednesday outside the Allen County Courthouse.
The Allen County Commissioners and other elected officials and members of local child welfare agencies will dedicate the flag to the children of Allen County who have been victims of abuse.
A short program will include a proclamation in honor of April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. For details, call 419-227-8590.
