LIMA — Two dates in March will give St. Rita’s Health Partners Employee Health Collaborative the opportunity to send its employees to a wellness screening.
Beginning at 7 a.m. March 3 and March 11 in the St. Rita’s Auxiliary Conference Center, at 718 W. Market St., patients will be screened for an online health risk assessment, a biometric assessment, a fasting glucose and lipid panel and a wellness plan that identifies specific health risk factors.
