LIMA — Leonard E. “Bud” Roth, of Lima, celebrated his 90th birthday Jan. 14, 2015. A surprise party/card shower is planned from 1 to 4 p.m., today, Jan. 18th, at St. Luke Lutheran Church New Life Center located at 209 W. North St., Lima.
He was born Jan. 14, 1925 to Arthur Carl and Wilhemenia Christina Seith Roth. On Nov. 8, 1947 he married Sylvia Louise Moyer, and she died May 17, 2012.
Roth has four children, David L. (Rebecca) Roth, of Fairfield, Cyndrea L. (Donald) Croy and Gregg A. (Carol) Roth, both of Lima and Teri L. (Paul) Brunsman, of Rock Creek.
He worked at Teledyne Ohio Steel Foundry, Buckeye Truck Center and Lima Medical/St. Rita’s Home Care.
Roth loves spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
