FINDLAY — Icy roads left one injured in a single-vehicle crash Saturday in Hancock County.
At 5:20 a.m. officers from the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on state Route 12 near township Road 212 in Marion Township. Janet L. Tooman, 52, of Arcadia, had been driving a 2003 Ford Explorer west when she lost control on the icy roads and slid off the roadway. The vehicle then slid into a power pole on the driver’s side.
Tooman was taken to Blanchard Valley Hospital, where her condition was not reported. She was also cited for failure to maintain reasonable control.
