Elida defeats Fort Jennings in girls hoops

FORT JENNINGS — Shyah Wheeler and Bailee Kuhn had 11 points each and Abby Waddle scored 10 for Elida (3-9) in its 53-31 girls basketball victory over Fort Jennings (0-11) on Tuesday night.

Gabby Clippinger led Fort Jennings with eight points.

MILLER CITY — Delphos Jefferson outscored Miller City 16-13 in the fourth quarter to pull out the victory.

Jessica Pimpas had 11 points and Brooke Culp scored 10 for Jefferson. Cassie Niese had 12 points and Chrissey Berger scored 11 for Miller City.
