Clay joins Custom Staffing
LIMA — Deb Clay joined Custom Staffing as the operations manager.
Clay has 13 years of staffing experience and eight years of human resource experience. She will manage the operations and training of 10 offices for the company, which hires employees for temp to hire, direct hire and temporary positions in manufacturing, janitorial, office professionals, information technology and healthcare positions.
Custom Staffing has offices in Bellefontaine, Findlay, Lima, Marion, Marysville, Sidney, Springfield, Urbana, Van Wert and Wapakoneta. The corporate office is located at 505 W. Market St., Lima.
Archbold Equipment hires Hetterick
Archbold Equipment Company has named Zach Hetterick as CEO of the six-store CASE IH dealership complex.
Hetterick comes to Archbold Equipment Company from CASE IH, where he held various roles, including parts and service manager, territory sales manager, livestock marketing manager for North America and, most recently, marketing manager for High Horsepower Tractors for North America. He began his career at AGCO and also worked for Ohio CAT.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in agriculture from The Ohio State University. He grew up on a beef cattle and tobacco farm in southern Ohio. In 2013 he was named product manager of the year by the National Agri-Marketing Association (NAMA).
Archbold Equipment Company has six locations: Topeka, Indiana; Adrian, Michigan; and four Ohio locations in Ottawa, Portage, Sherwood and is headquartered in Archbold.
W.O.R.T.H. Center hires Executive Director
Brent Burk has been hired by the Western Ohio Regional Treatment and Habilitation Center as its new executive director.
He comes to the W.O.R.T.H. Center with more than 17 years of experience in a correctional setting with his career beginning at the Hamilton County Juvenile Court System in Cincinnati, where he served as a shift manager and program manager. He joined the W.O.R.T.H. Center as a residential supervisor and progressed through the ranks.
Burk obtained his bachelor’s degree in sociology from Wright State University and has also worked with The Marsh Foundation, where he participated in the rehabilitation and treatment of adolescents with behavioral and social problems.
He is married and the father of two, and resides in Van Wert County.
PROMOTIONS
Deputy director filled at W.O.R.T.H. Center
Lorrie Wilson has been hired for the position of deputy director at the W.O.R.T.H. Center.
Wilson joined the W.O.R.T.H. Center in 2001 as case manager. Most recently, in 2012 she was promoted to the position of senior manager of treatment where she managed six case managers, their case loads and the individualized treatment needs of the facility. She was again promoted in 2013 to director of residential services where she supervised six case managers, the education department and the intake department. In June of 2014 she was promoted to interim deputy director where she oversees both security department and treatment department.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from The Ohio State University. She has worked at local children services agencies in the capacity of a caseworker.
Wilson resides in Bluffton.
