LIMA — The summer crisis program is now open for Lima residents. The residents who apply can receive assistance with their electric bills, central air repair, air conditioner or fan. According to a recent press release, the program will be open until Sept. 30. Residents with a documented health issue, over the age of 60, enrolled in PIPP or have a threat of disconnection or shut-off utilities are eligible to apply.
