Butler County man charged with unlawful sexual conduct with girl

MIDDLETOWN — A medical emergency led to the arrest of a Butler County man who allegedly sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl from Middletown, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Scott Kravetsky, 24, was charged with sexual battery and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, according to a press release from the sheriff’s office. He was taken into custody after he allegedly met the juvenile on a social media site. He made arrangements to pick her up in Middletown and take her to his residence, the release read.

While at his residence, Kravetsky allegedly gave the teen alcohol and engaged in sexual conduct with the girl.

When the girl had “a medical emergency,” paramedics and law enforcement were called. That’s when the girl told police about the alleged incident and Kravetsky was arrested and taken into custody.

Due to the nature of how Kravetsky met the female, investigators believe he has participated in “this type of behavior” before, according to the release.
