ST. MARYS — Nearly two-thirds of voters in the St. Marys schools district approved renewing a 5.92 mill levy in Tuesday’s voting.
Sixty-three percent of voters approved the 5.92 mill renewal levy request for current expenses for five years. It raises $1.8 million annually to help stabilize the district’s finances.
It’s a renewal of a levy originally passed 15 years ago.
