May 30

Donald H. Durain, Leipsic, and Miranda M. Delarosa, Hamler, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Feb. 14, 2021 in Kalida and have no children.

Melody A. Lehman, Ottawa, and Shawn T. Lehman, Ottawa, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Nov. 10, 2021 in Ottawa and have no children.

Sarah S. Shea, Fort Jennings, was granted a divorce from Ryan A. Shea, Ada. They were married Dec. 14, 2013 in Ottawa and have three children.

June 1

Rogelio L. Pardo, 42, Leipsic, was sentenced to a minimum of nine years to a maximum of 13.5 years in prison for possession of drugs (cocaine). Pardo was also sentenced to 30 months in prison for aggravated trafficking in drugs and 12 months in prison for failure to appear. He was given credit for 92 days served and the sentences were ordered to be served concurrently. Two other counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs were dismissed.

June 2

Aaron D. Glass, 40, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of theft (amount greater than $1,000). He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 9:15 a.m. July 6.

Georgina M. Derosia, Continental, v. Kenneth H. Derosia, Continental; divorce with children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

May 23

Sebastian Hernandez, 38, Findlay, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

May 25

Dilyn A. Warnimont, 26, Fremont, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

John A. Isabrandt, 30, Glandorf, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: Four points, 30 days jail, 24 days suspended, $250 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. Charges of OVI and speeding were dismissed.

May 30

Everett R. Dickerson, 63, Defiance, pleaded guilty to telecommunications harassment. Sentence: 180 days jail, $150 fine, complete a mental health assessment and have no contact with victim or victim’s property for one year. A charge of aggravated menacing was dismissed.
