May 22

Eric J. Guerra, 36, Pandora, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11 a.m. July 6.

Alanda K. Geckle, 40, Continental, pleaded guilty to possession of cocaine. She faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. She also pleaded guilty to OVI. She faces up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 in fines, a mandatory fine of up to $375 and mandatory license suspension of between one to three years. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:30 a.m. July 6. A charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence was dismissed. Drugs seized in the within action will be forfeited to the arresting agency.

May 24

Ami Sherer, Findlay, and Kristopher Sherer, Pandora, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Oct. 8, 1993, and have no children.

Emma M. Schroeder, Fairborn, and Shane J. Schroeder, Beavercreek, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Sept. 29, 2021, and have no children.

Lima Memorial Health System, was granted judgment against Carrie M. Bryan, Columbus Grove, in the amount of $2,176.56, plus interest and costs.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

May 22

Rodulfo S. Perez, 25, Deshler, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.

Justin S. Kottenbrock, 34, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of failure to control. Sentence: $150 fine. A charge of left of center was dismissed.

Terry Kortokrax, 59, Ottoville, pleaded guilty to first-offense OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, suspended, $750 fine, two-year license suspension, and complete three-day DIP and complete a drug and alcohol assessment. Charges of seatbelt and failure to control were dismissed.

Shellby L. Larson, 29, Deshler, pleaded guilty to driving without a valid license. Sentence: $150 fine. She was also charged court costs for failure to display.

May 23

Manuel Sanchez, 45, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 180 days jail, 178 days suspended, $150 fine, complete a mental health assessment and no contact with victim for one year. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Paul E. Alvarado, 59, Houston, pleaded guilty to domestic violence. Sentence: 90 days jail, 85 days suspended, $100 fine, complete a mental health assessment and no contact with victims for one year.

Dylan R. Barnhart, 18, Ottawa, was fined $75 for an amended charge of disorderly conduct.

Sebastian Hernandez, 38, Findlay, was fined $150 for driving without a valid license.
