FINDLAY — The Findlay Police Department investigated a car that sank in the Findlay Reservoir #2 on Monday.
Aubrey Victory, 25, of Findlay, stopped a Ford Focus facing the boat ramp to unload. Victory then exited the car, forgetting to put the vehicle in park. The Focus began traveling down the boat ramp and into the water.
Once in the water, the car floated southeast and eventually sank. There were no occupants in the car.
The Hancock County Sheriff’s Office Dive Team was requested and it, along with R and A Towing, assisted in the recovery of the vehicle.
