Kimberly S. Verhoff, 44, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to points, penalties, and appeals 12-point suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 160 days suspended, $100 fine.

May 3

Mark D. Kuhlman, 43, Ottawa, was found to be a fugitive from justice arising from charges and a warrant from the state of Indiana. He waived his right to an extradition hearing and consented to return to the demanding state. He is charged with a crime punishable with a term exceeding more than a year and will be returned to Indiana within 14 days.

Tina Candia, 54, Ottawa, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.
