April 24

Rogelio L. Pardo, 42, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to aggravated trafficking in drugs. He faces up to 36 months in prison and $10,000 in fines. He also pleaded guilty to failure to appear and possession of cocaine. He faces up to 11 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. Bond was revoked while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 10:15 a.m. June 1. Any illegal drugs seized in the case will be forfeited to the arresting agency. Two other drug charges were dismissed.

April 25

Tony Gutierrez, 33, Ottawa, was remanded to the WORTH Center for attempted tampering with evidence. He was placed on five years community control, must obtain and maintain employment and complete all treatment and counseling recommended.

Patrick A. Kohls, Kalida, was granted a divorce from Heather S. Kohls, Birmingham, Mich. They were married June 23, 1990, and have no minor children.

April 20

Eric J. Guerra, 36, Pandora, charged with domestic violence, a felony, bound over to common pleas court.

John R. Shalter, 65, Ottawa, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, $525 fine, seven-year license suspension. Another charge of OVI was dismissed.

April 24

Andrea J. Greve, 35, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended offense of criminal mischief (victim is a family/household member). Sentence: 60 days jail, 59 days suspended, $150 fine. A charge of assault was dismissed.

Christopher G. Wallace, 39, Deshler, pleaded guilty to second-offense OVI. Sentence: 180 days jail, 170 days jail, $1,000 fine, $425 suspended, two-year license suspension. The sentence was ordered to be served concurrent to a Henry County case. Another OVI charge was dismissed.

Richard D. Roof, 49, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to driving under OVI suspension. Sentence: 180 days jail, 150 days suspended, $250 fine and one year license suspension.

April 27

Kenneth L. Gray, 74, McClure, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of reckless operation. Sentence: $150 fine.
