April 19

Adam Scarberry, Ottawa, was granted a divorce from Jennifer Scarberry, Ottawa. They were married March 4, 2020 in Lima and have two children.

April 20

Jeramy E. Schimmoller, 28, Cloverdale, was sentenced to nine months in the Putnam County Jail for violating the terms of supervision. The violations included failing to contact his supervising officer, failing to report to his monthly office visit and failing to contact his probation officer. He was placed on five years community control and given credit for 229 days served. He had been convicted of possession of drugs (heroin) and possession of drugs (cocaine).

Deborah L. Baumgartner, Maumee, and Brian Baumgartner, Columbus Grove, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Feb. 29, 2020 in Las Vegas, Nev., and have no children.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

April 13

Ginelle Duling, 33, Vanlue, pleaded no contest to child endangering, and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, and abide with all terms of any case plans with juvenile court. Another count was dismissed.

April 17

Jason L Muhlenkamp, 44, Burnsville, N.C., pleaded guilty to OVI. Sentence: Six points, 180 days jail, 177 days suspended, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of speeding was dismissed.

April 18

John D. Beavers, 47, Montpelier, pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana and was fined $150.

Jose A. Velasquez, Jr., 39, Leipsic, pleaded guilty to violating a protection order. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $250 fine He also pleaded guilty to an amended charge of unauthorized use of property. Sentence: 30 days jail, 25 days suspended, $150 fine and pay restitution of $69.44 to Walmart.

April 20

Chet J. Spear, 50, Continental, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of menacing Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine, and no contact with the victim.

Heather S. Thayer, 25, Defiance, pleaded guilty to theft. Sentence: 180 days jail, 175 days suspended, $100 fine, and pay restitution of $54.98 to Walmart.
