Feb. 13

Justin D. Lammers, 24, Leipsic, was sentenced to 90 days jail for attempted aggravated possession of drugs and was remanded to the WORTH Center for disseminating matter harmful to juveniles. The sentence was ordered served concurrent and he was placed on five years community control and given credit for one day served. He must obtain and maintain employment and successfully complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He must have no contact with any juveniles without permission of his supervising officer.

Dustin Willmarth, 31, North Baltimore, pleaded guilty to theft. He faces up to 12 months in prison and $2,500 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with a hearing on the matter set for 8:15 a.m. Feb. 28. The state is not opposed to treatment in lieu of conviction and recommends restitution in the amount of $1,183.

Feb. 14

Tiffany A. Hernandez, Liberty Center, was sentenced to nine months jail for aggravated possession of drugs. She was given credit for 90 days served and the jail sentence may be completed at the WORTH Center.

Trilogy Healthcare of Putnam II, LLC, The Meadows at Ottawa HC, was granted judgment against Robert Edgington, Cairo, and Kimberly Edgington, Cairo, in the amount of $30,380, plus judgment and costs.

Tressa Brown, Columbus Grove, and Greg Brown, Fort Jennings, were granted a dissolution of marriage. They were married Aug. 20, 1988 in Westerville and have no children.

Ricardo Minjarez, 54, Leipsic, was sentenced to 18 months in prison for driving under the influence. He was given credit for 90 days served, was fined $1,350 and his license was suspended for life. Another charge of OVI and driving under suspension were dismissed.

Putnam County Municipal Court dispositions

Feb. 13

Israel C. Minjarez, 23, Rossford, pleaded guilty to two counts assault. Sentence: 180 days jail on each count, 178 days suspended on each count, $100 fine on each count, complete a mental health assessment. Two counts of domestic violence were dismissed.

Donovan Hudson-Sims, 32, Lima, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of persistent disorderly conduct. Sentence: $100 fine.

Jodi M. Ellerbrock, 39, Ottawa, pleaded guilty to an amended charge of second offense reckless operation. Sentence: 30 days jail, $250 fine, with credit for six days jail upon completion of DIP. A charge of marked lanes was dismissed.
