Putnam County Common Pleas Court

Nov. 14

Haley S. McGue, 30, Columbus Grove, was granted credit for an additional four days off her sentence for work performed at the Putnam County Adult detention facility. She was incarcerated on a community control violation.

Alex J. Kujawski, Leipsic, was granted a divorce from Chenoa L. Kujawski, Leipsic. They were married June 20, 2009 in Ohio and have two children.

Nov. 15

Mark D. Kuhlman, 42, Ottawa, was referred to the WORTH Center for violating community control sanctions. He was placed on five years community control and must complete all counseling and treatment recommended. He must also resolve all pending cases and warrants from the state of Ohio. Kuhlman was originally convicted of aggravated possession of drugs.

Hilty Memorial Home, Inc., Pandora, was awarded judgment against James Lora, Cape Coral, Fla., in the amount of $23,795 plus interest and costs.

Nov. 17

Jacob A. Smith, 22, Bryan, pleaded guilty to attempted failure to provide a notice of change of address. He faces up to 18 months and $5,000 in fines. Bond was continued while a presentence investigation is conducted with sentencing set for 11:30 a.m., Dec. 19.

Ramir J. English, Findlay, was found in contempt for failing to pay child support. He was found to be in total arrears in the amount of $5,753.95. Another hearing on the matter was scheduled for 9 a.m. Feb. 15 to give him an opportunity to purge the contempt action.

Nov. 10

Mark E. Dulle, 48, Bluffton, pleaded guilty to intimidation of a witness. Sentence: 180 days jail, 90 days suspended, $150 fine. He also pleaded guilty to intimidation of an attorney. Sentence: 180 days jail, suspended, $150 fine. He also pleaded guilty to menacing. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $150 fine and complete a mental health assessment. He also pleaded guilty to criminal mischief. Sentence: 60 days jail, suspended, $150 fine. Charges of domestic violence and assault were dismissed.

Nov. 15

Kathleen L. Yinger, 51, Columbus Grove, pleaded guilty to furnish to underage person. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $500 fine.

Tiffany M. Wannemacher, 33, Continental, pleaded guilty to furnish to underage person. Sentence: 30 days jail, suspended, $500 fine.

Zachary Bibler, 29, Fort Jennings, pleaded no contest to OVI and was found guilty. Sentence: 180 days jail, 177 days jail, $750 fine, $375 suspended, one year license suspension, with credit for three days jail upon completion of DIP.
